- How far in advance should I book a photo booth? Booking is upon availability. You may book as early as possible to ensure your date is available, but some clients have booked as early as 5 days before their event!
- Does the photo booth rental come with staff? Yes, 2-3 staff members will be always at the contracted event to ensure there are no malfunctions and to entertain and create special memories with family, friends, and guests.
- Do I get a copy of all the photo/videos? Yes, you get the full gallery via email you are welcomed to share the email with family and friends. USB drives are available for purchase to cover the mailing fees.
- Do you offer photo booth branding or custom overlays for event marketing purposes? Yes, we offer branding options and custome overlays for all our events that can include event logo's or messaging for marketing purposes.
- What areas do you travel to for events? It depends on our schedule availability. We can discuss your destination event at our one-to-one meeting chat.
- Is there a minimum number of hours I can rent the Photo Booth? Yes, for the 360 there is a three (3) hour photo booth package limit. A two (2) hour rental for the digital photo booths.
- How much does it cost? We have several sessions available based on your interests and anticipated guest list. Visit our Dragonfly 360 Photo Booth website to determine which session best fits your event and budget.
- What kind of payments do you accepts? We accept Square, Cash App, Apple Pay, Paypal, check, and cash.
- Are payment options available? Yes, we have payment options available.
- When do you set up for my event? We will arrive 1 1/2 hour ahead of the scheduled contract to set-up and test the equipment.
- Can I request additional time if I want it before my event ends? It depends on schedule availability as other events may be scheduled prior to or after your scheduled event. The additional rental fees for the 360 and Digital Photo Booth is $250 per hour. Payment must be done prior to the contracted end time.
- Do you require a downpayment? Yes. $100 is required for booking. Payment in full is required 14 days prior to the rental contracted start date. For K-12 and higher education events, payment invoice accommodation can be arranged.
- How much space is needed to set up the Photo Booth? To ensure a safe operation of the 360 Photo Booth and safety of your guests. A minimum area is 12' x 12' is recommended as the orbiting arm turns around the photo booth platform. The Digital Stationary Photo Booth a 8'x8' is recommended.
- Do you need access to electricity? No. Our equipment is fully wireless so we can run events pretty much anywhere. But we do recommend access to electricity to make your event more special.
- What types of events do you do with your Photo Booth? We do all events. Such as the following list: Wedding, Quinceañera, Birthday, Anniversaries, Private Graduation Parties, Baby Showers, corporate celebrations, and any other events.
- How many people can fit on your 360 photo booth? 3-4 people, depending on individual body weight.
- Do you offer different size of prints? Yes. Unlimited prints per session are available. You can choose from (2) 2x6 strip, (1) 4x6 postcard prints.
- Do you provide a decorated backdrop? Yes, We have an enclosed photo booth backdrops that is an 8'x8' with 32 lights available for selected package selections. We also have solid eligant drapery and shimmery backdrops that customers can tailor to their liking with enhanced decorations. Ask for colors available to match your theme.
- What kind of props do you have? We carry electric guitar, various LED glasses, handheld props (wedding, quince, bubble statements including high quality props), cowboy hats, glow batons, fake money fans, crowns, various face masks etc.
- Is a contract necessary? We recommend a contract, when booking with any vender to ensure you receive the services you have purchased and that the vender deliveres the service contracted for the event.
- Do you have insurance? Yes, we have our own limited liability insurance for incidentals.
- Do you have a W-9 form? Yes, upon request a copy can be provided once the contract is signed.
What to expect when you make the decision to book with us?
- First go to our website to choose the experience of your interest.
- Complete the Contact Us form to reach out to Dragonfly 360 Photo Booth for a booking.
- Your $100 down payment will secure the event on our calendar and will be added to the balance of the session selected. Once you pay your downpayment, we begin to work with you immediately.
- We will start working on three sample templates for your video/photo production.
- Day of event will arrive 1-2 hours prior to your contracted event, to make sure we test our equipment and are ready for your event.
- When your guests are ready, they can step onto the Photo Booth and start creating their videos and photos. Once they are done with their photo/video, instant airdrop, download, and sharing capacity is available for their video/photo on social media platforms.
- The client will receive the full event sharable gallery the following day of the event.
What do you need from me after we have a signed contract?
- A photo of your guest of honor (optional).
- Sample colors, and theme of your event.
- Your choice of animation (sparkles, confetti, light leaks).
- Your choice of author and song to go along with all your video/photo production.
